A couple of gifts I made for christmas too, and my gifts.

I also made a couple of handmade gifts for christmas too. My son have been wishing for a very special watch for a long time, but as he knew it was too expensive for anyone to give, he instead wished for money as a help to buy it. But I´ve always thought it was sooo boring just to hand over some money, so I had to find a way to hide them, so he wouldn´t know right away, so I made this can with crackers for him for, and then my granddaughter had wished for a very special CD from she was little, but it just couldn´t be found anywhere at all as it´s been out for several years, but then I just luckily ran over the disc in a recyclingstore for almost nothing, so ofcause I grabbed it, but the box for it, was all broken and in pieces, so I went and found another old plain coverbox here and just decorated it. I hope you like, what I did, but see for yourself here okay.

First I rolled the money up and covered them in foil / Først rullede jeg pengene sammen og ind i noget staniol
Then I stamped on a piece of cardstock and rolled it around to make it completely round

Then I covered that in a piece of white silky paper/ Så blev det rullet ind i et stykke hvidt silkepapir

And then it was rolled into a piece of black silky paper next
It was taped on the side, but the ends were left, as they were
Then I had stamped a sentiment on another piece of white cardstock
And it was just the size as the parcel inside and was rolled around, so both the blue ends were visible
Now the ends were twisted around / Nu blev enderne så tvundet helt rundt.
And a piece of satinribbon were put on both ends with a nice bow
And then added inside the can, I had decorated for the purpose.
This is how the lid looked from a topview, decorated again with recycled poinsettias from old candlewreaths, and a pompon ribbon around the edge of it, and some snowflakes and a small diecut sign too and ofcause some glitter.
And here´s the can, which is actually a recycled can, that he had brought me himself, after he had eaten the waffers in it ha ha. It first had got the leftovers from the fabricpaper from the other box added to it in pieces, and then it was decorated with lots of different diecuts from Marianne Design and some from IO Dies too, and the next pictures just show the can all the way around it turned slightly each time

Oh here was also added a snowman charm in a silvercord too.

Here´s a couple of close ups on some of the details too / og her er et par enkelte tæt på billeder på nogle detaljer også.

And here you see the can with the lid on, with the pompon ribbon around it.
And then it was put inside this bag here too with a tag on.
And here´s the front of the tag for it./ Og her er så forsiden på det tag, der kom på.
And here´s one side of the CD box, I made for my granddaughters CD
And here´s the other side of it / Og her er den anden side af den.

That´ll be the last I´ll show you tonight dear friends, as it´s getting late here now, so I better get inside and get a cup of coffee, and then find the bathroom and my bed, before it gets too late, but I´ll see you all again tomorrow, and hopefully then I´ll get to show you my last pictures of my gifts and a couple of candy I´ve won too here for christmas LOL.
So Have a great time, until we meet again okay/ Så há en rigtig god dag, til vi ses igen okay
Biiiiiiiiiiiig warm hugs / Knuuuuuuuzer
